2. What personal information we collect
We collect personal information in the following ways:
When you use the contact form or send us an email
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name (if provided)
- Any other information you choose to include in your message
When you complete the AI Readiness Diagnostic
- Your name and email address
- Your company name, role, and sector
- Your responses to the diagnostic questions
The diagnostic is designed to help us provide you with a useful, personalised report. None of your responses are shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than generating that report and any subsequent work you engage us for.
When you book a call via Calendly
If you book a call using our Calendly scheduling link, Calendly will collect your name, email address, and any notes you provide. This is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy.
Website analytics
If we use website analytics tools, these may collect anonymised information about how visitors use our site — such as which pages are visited and how long visitors stay. We will update this policy if and when analytics are added, and will always use privacy-friendly options that do not require personal data collection where possible.

- Consent — for newsletter subscriptions and any optional communications you've explicitly opted into
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law
